There are several minor repair items within the home which are usually the responsibility of the resident tenant.
If it appears that one of the items below is in need of attention, click on that item for more information, as doing so may save you some time and the expense of being charged for a service call.
AFTER HOUR emergency situations which constitute a danger to the tenants, or continued damage to the property should be reported to VPM at 410-729-5455. After recording your emergency message, you must hit #91 to mark as urgent.
