VPM takes care of the entire tenant application and  screening process, including credit reports, criminal & sexual offender  records, and any other background items as needed.

VPM prepares and executes all leases and other necessary tenant documents on your behalf.

VPM oversees the tenant move-in process, including a detailed inspection, delivery of all keys and tenant maintenance instructions.

VPM completes an in-depth inside and outside inspection of your property every 120 days to ensure that your investment remains solid and well maintained throughout the lease term.

VPM  takes care of all disbursements for maintenance and repairs, Condo/HOA, tax and mortgage payments, etc., per your instructions.

VPM disburses all net rent monies to you on the 8th day of each month by way of electronic transfer directly to your bank account, credit union account, etc.  A detailed monthly statement is also mailed to you.
